Course Outline

Executive Summary	The Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) established the Construction Site Supervisor Training and Accreditation Program to certify and accredit Construction Site Supervisors in accordance with the requirements of the CIDB Act 1994 (Act 520) (Amendment 2011), specifically Part VII, Section 33A(1), and the related regulatory guidelines.
Objective	a. To ensure compliance to the requirement of Act 520 as stipulated by Part VII, Section 33A (1). b. To enhance the knowledge, skills, and competency of Construction Site Supervisors. c. To improve construction site work quality through proper supervision. d. To ensure supervisors meet the National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS). e. To provide accreditation and support career development for supervisors in Malaysia.
Target Group	The target group for this course includes Site Supervisors.
Entry Requirements	– Bachelors Degree in related/ non-related construction field – Diploma in related/ non-related construction field – Polytechnic Certificate, Malaysia Skills Certificate, Skills Competency Certificate, Other Technical Certificates – Secondary School Education – Primary School Education
