Certified Facility Management Manager (FMM)

The role of a facility contractor is both critical and challenging. To remain globally competitive, contractors must continuously develop, acquire advanced skills, and expand their knowledge of effective work procedures in tandem with technological advancements and socio-economic evolution.
To enhance the capabilities of registered facility contractors, it is essential to first evaluate and accredit the competency levels of company directors and technical officers. This can be achieved through the Facility Management Manager and Facility Management Executive Accreditation Programs, which are based on competency standards developed by the Board.
The Board mandates that only contractor companies with evaluated and accredited company directors or technical officers are eligible for registration as Facility Contractors specializing in F01 and F02. However, accreditation is not limited to personnel employed by contractor companies; it is open to all eligible construction personnel who meet the Board’s requirements.
For registration under the F01 and F02 specializations, it is both mandatory and strongly encouraged for company directors, technical officers, and any other personnel directly involved in facility management to obtain accreditation from the Board.
